Italian chest of drawers from the first half of the 20th century. A curved furniture, crafted from finely carved, lacquered, and gilded wood with four lateral caryatids. The commode features three spacious drawers and a built-in marble top of excellent size and quality. A fabulously decorated dresser, ideal for an important living room or bedroom, it’s a must-have for antique dealers and interior decorators.
This hard-to-find chest of drawers is structurally sound and solid, yet heavy. The drawers and frame are adorned with finely chiseled relief decorations (see photo). In good condition.
