Marble sculpture signed girl adorned with garlands of flowers

Great marble statue from the early 20th century. Liberty sculpture depicting a splendid girl adorned with garlands of flowers. Work signed Ramazzotti on the back, referable to the Italian artist Serafino Ramazzotti (1846-1920), lacking authentication. Statue with recently restored cracks on the nose (see photo) and a small lack on the support base (right front corner). A sculpture of considerable charm, note the quality with which the flowing hair and the floral details were created. Ideal half-length figure to be displayed both outside and inside a house, in a living room or study, to be combined with a column or to be placed on top of a desk or dresser. Object that has been exposed to the elements for a long time, in a beautiful patina, overall in a good state of conservation.
