Beautiful Italian sculpture from the late 19th century. Finely sculpted marble work depicting children with crab of excellent quality. Object of beautiful size and proportions signed Pugi on the back (see photo) referable to the sculptor Guglielmo Pugi (1850-1915) lacking authentication. Finished sculpture for the centre, ideal for displaying on top of a chest of drawers or a column, in a living room or study. Work in beautiful patina with a small flaw, crab leg (see photo). Sculpture overall in good state of conservation.
